A simple sleeve was designed and manufactured by means of vacuum casting for the protection of the original version of the Bloodhound product. The customer needed a quick low volume, low capital input sleeve.
A further prototyping project was to manufacture the fully working prototypes of the current version of the product. Traditional methods of 3D printing, silicone tooling and vacuum casting were used to simulate the final product for marketing and testing purposes.
Finally another sleeve was designed and prototyped for the current Bloodhound product.
