Analysis

We make extensive use of finite element analysis methods in our research, development and design phases. We use Pro/ENGINEER Mechanica and CFDesign for structural, thermal and flow analyses to highlight issues and optimise the product at the beginning of the development cycle. This is in contrast to the older style methods where these tools were used to verify the design at the end of development or to find issues once the product has been built. This approach leads to less time on the analysis and more robust designs.
